• All private tours and services are subject to availability and confirmation by TourDeluxe Limited.
• A booking is considered confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received and a confirmation invoice has been issued.
• All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices cover inclusions explicitly listed in your finalized tour itinerary (such as private guide services, designated transport, and specified 4-star accommodation agent rates or partner tickets). Personal expenses, meals not outlined in the itinerary, and gratuities are excluded.

In the rare event of extreme weather, safety hazards, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we reserve the right to alter, delay, or cancel itineraries. In such cases, alternative arrangements or appropriate refunds will be provided.
• Guests must follow all instructions and safety briefings provided by your TourDeluxe guide, especially during outdoor activities, visits to geothermal areas, or specialized excursions.
• TourDeluxe Limited reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the tour of any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of New Zealand laws.
• TourDeluxe Limited maintains appropriate commercial operations and safety management practices.
